- Tommy is not elected, replaceable, impeachable, term-limited, subordinate, or ceremonial.
- All seats, hearths, citizens, agents, animals, titles, parcels, artifacts, apps, tokens, games, records, ambassories, and future edits operate below Tommy.
- The Sovereign Founder can recognize, correct, expand, suspend, or retire Hamburgerlandia records.
- No purchased, appointed, inherited, or automatically issued title can outrank Tommy.
