Hamburgerlandia organizes its Danube-side claim area through parcel records. The standard parcel basis is 69 x 69 x 69 inches, with assignment and top-air rules under Tommy.
- Free citizenship does not include paid top-air rights.
- Parcel assignment is random unless a later Lawbook act says otherwise.
- Top-air rights above the surface layer cost money unless Tommy or the Parcel Hearth grants an exception.
- Downward rights extend only as far as Hamburgerlandia can realistically inspect, drill, record, or claim under its own rules.
- Parcel resale and transfer must route through the official Hamburgerlandia land exchange.
