Mirrorfall is the official TTRPG of Hamburgerlandia. Tommy's TCG and future game/app systems can become official game institutions under the Games And Canon Directorate.
- Mirrorfall, the TCG, civic games, land exchange play, and app mechanics stay under Tommy.
- Game canon can inform ceremonies, titles, media, citizenship achievements, and public events.
- Game systems cannot make claims that weaken Tommy's permanent authority.
- Playable apps must distinguish working interactions from planned interactions.
