Mandate
Maintain playable systems and canon that strengthen Hamburgerlandia without creating unrecorded government authority.
Duties
- Maintain official game and canon registers.
- Review canon changes and cross-media references.
- Coordinate civic game events and achievement records.
- Separate game outcomes from offices, titles, parcels, and payments unless law expressly links them.
Powers
- Approve canon releases under delegated authority.
- Recognize official game events and records.
- Return unsafe or contradictory mechanics for correction.
Limits
- Game mechanics may not remove, restrain, or outrank Tommy.
- A game outcome may not silently transfer land, money, title, or office.
- It may not claim an interaction works without current proof.
- It may not absorb another office's records without lawful authority.

- method
- Tommy appoints the Warden after review of canon knowledge, design judgment, and stewardship.

- Serves at Tommy's pleasure with an annual recorded review.

- An acting canon keeper may preserve existing releases but may not establish new official canon without approval.

- Tommy may remove the holder; rights or integrity disputes are referred to Justice And Review.
- succession
- The acting holder receives the canon index, version history, and open decisions under a written scope.
- conflicts
- Commercial, authorship, competition, award, or title conflicts require disclosure and recusal.
