Duties

Powers
- Accept or reject internal company and contract filings.
- Record amendments, signer changes, suspension, and closure.
- Request proof of delegated signing authority.
Limits
- It may not claim outside incorporation, court enforcement, tax, banking, or legal identity authority.
- It may not validate a contract signed without required Hamburgerlandia authority.
- It may not conceal ownership, conflicts, amendments, or termination standing required by law.
- Companies, contracts, owners, and signers may not remove, restrain, or outrank Tommy.
